Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and facilitates healing through the transfer of universal life force energy.
This session can be received on its own, or as an added practice to your overall health and well being routine. Reiki is NOT a medical substitute, it is a complementary process to any healing practices already in place. Reiki brings awareness to what our bodies are trying to tell us. With this information I can guide and recommend directions that your healing, and your body, are asking for.
